The role is crucial in supporting programs such as Help-at-Home and Cancer Support Center by managing data effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry tasks related to new client entry and services for all active clients across various programs, including Help-at-Home and Cancer Support Center.
- Document additions and changes for all Nutrition Programs, ensuring that all data is accurately entered and maintained.
- Generate reports as required to support program operations and decision-making processes.
- Ensure electronic entry of shared department clients and service changes, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.
- Utilize Microsoft Word for word processing tasks and Microsoft Access and Excel for database management and data analysis.
- Operate office equipment efficiently to perform job duties.
- Maintain strong customer relations, providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.
- Exhibit strong multi-tasking skills and attention to detail to manage various responsibilities effectively.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education:
- Preferred completion of an associate’s degree in business, secretarial science, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum one (1) year of customer service experience.
- Minimum one (1) year of data entry experience.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Accurate typing of 40 words per minute.
- Basic word processing skills using Microsoft Word.
