Senior Natural/ADABAS Administrator
West Sacramento, CA
24+ months
Mandatory Qualifications:
At least ten (10) years of experience in ADABAS Database Administration support of mainframe (Z/OS) and server (Windows 2012) ADABAS environments.
At least ten (10) years of knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques required in administration of ADABAS databases within the Z/OS and Windows environments.
At least ten (10) of experience and a thorough knowledge to support Natural, Predict, Construct, Entire-X and Fast path, Entire Network, Natural Engineer and Natural Review.
At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience administrating an ADABAS Database environment with a pension or financial system.
At least ten (10) years of hands-on experience following a structured System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
Desirable Qualifications:
Experience with interfacing/bridging of multiple systems including Natural/ADABAS.
Experience with and knowledge of Job Control Language (JCL).
Experience with ADABAS SQL Gateway, zIIP.
Ability to work well under pressure with minimal supervision.
Ability to adapt to a variety of assignments.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
Possession of well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
