(On-Site, Pre-Opening)
Schedule:
Part-Time to start, scaling to Full-Time as the practice ramps
Compensation:

Employment:
Part-Time to Full-Time | W2 | On-Site

Be the founding injector at a brand-new VIO Med Spa in Queen Creek’s premium Switchyard district. You set the clinical standard and build your own patient book from opening day, with a strong hourly base, real production upside, and full clinical independence supported by a contracted Medical Director.

About the Opportunity

VIO Med Spa is a Nashville-based, nationally recognized franchise, proudly named Entrepreneur Magazine’s #1 Med Spa Franchise for three consecutive years. This location marks the first of several planned Arizona locations and offers the opportunity to join a growing organization from the very beginning.

Located in The Switchyard, Queen Creek’s premier walkable dining and retail destination, you’ll be part of one of metro Phoenix’s fastest-growing communities. You’ll have the support of an engaged ownership team, with the owner on-site throughout the week, along with corporate marketing, patient acquisition, and operational support to help you build a thriving practice.

A Medical Director is already in place to provide clinical oversight and support. As Arizona is a full practice authority state, Nurse Practitioners are able to practice independently in their day-to-day patient care while working within the spa’s established medical protocols.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a practice from day one, establish long-term patient relationships, and grow your career with a nationally recognized brand committed to clinical excellence, advanced training, and exceptional patient outcomes.

What You Will Do

  • Perform aesthetic consultations and deliver injectable treatments (neuromodulators, hyaluronic acid and biostimulator fillers, KYBELLA) within your training and Arizona scope of practice.
  • Build and retain a loyal patient book through excellent outcomes, honest education, and consistent follow-up.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and keep accurate EMR documentation per protocol.
  • Help shape the clinical standard, workflows, and patient experience for a brand-new location.

Requirements

What We Need

  • Active Arizona NP or PA license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
  • Comfort working independently day-to-day, with Medical Director oversight, protocols, and a clear escalation path.

An established patient following, biostimulator and advanced-filler experience, and familiarity with Allergan, ZO Skin Health, Alastin, or Skinbetter Science are all strong advantages.

Benefits

Schedule + Compensation

$60-$70/hr base depending on experience, plus a 5% production bonus on services, retail, and program revenue (including hormone and peptide programs), and a $20 bonus for each membership conversion. Flexibility above $70/hr for an exceptional candidate. The schedule starts part-time and scales toward full-time as the patient base grows, so your hours expand with the book you build.

This is a brand-new opening, with the spa scheduled to open in December 2026 and team training shortly before. If you are planning your next move and want to grow with a practice from day one, the timing lets you plan ahead.
