Benefits:

  • Training & development

Company Description
VIO Med Spa is a national leader in the medical spa industry, offering high-quality, results-driven health and beauty transformations. Renowned for its innovation, the brand combines proven traditional services with cutting-edge technologies and therapies in wellness and aesthetics. Dedicated to personalized care, VIO Med Spa creates individualized health and beauty plans to help clients meet their unique goals. The expert team of medical professionals is focused on delivering exceptional experiences, products, and services that empower individuals to feel great and look amazing.
Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Lead Sales Representative. You'll own the full inbound pipeline. You'll work the phones, SMS, and email with discipline and warmth. You'll close ClubVIO memberships and authorized packages over the phone. You'll support outbound retention work, reconnecting with lapsed members and dormant guests. And you'll do all of it with a level of polish and consistency that becomes the reason a guest chooses VIO over the spa down the street.
What You'll Do
  • Respond to every new inbound lead within five minutes during business hours
  • Run a structured Day 0โ€“7 contact sequence on every prospective client until they book, opt out, or transition to nurture
  • Convert phone conversations into booked consultations using a warm, conviction-led approach (no pressure, no urgency tactics โ€” that's not who we are)
  • Close ClubVIO memberships over the phone for qualified guests ready to commit
  • Sell authorized packages to returning clients during active promotional windows
  • Run a daily outbound retention block targeting lapsed members, dormant guests, and reactivation segments
  • Manage same-day no-show recovery
  • Keep our CRM clean, current, and audit-ready every single day
  • Partner closely with our Area Manager on weekly performance reviews and pipeline coaching

What You'll Earn
Base hourly: $18โ€“$20 per hour based on experience, anchored to the top of the Raleigh/Greensboro-area sales rep market.
Performance bonus: Uncapped, paid per outcome. You earn on every kept appointment, every ClubVIO sale, every package sale, and every reactivation that converts. Standard performance produces $600โ€“$1,500 per month in bonus. Top-tier performance pushes well past that, with no ceiling.
Schedule
Mondayโ€“Saturday, 20 hours per week. Specific shifts vary slightly day to day to align with our highest-volume lead windows (typically 9 AMโ€“6 PM with evening shifts running until 8 PM). Nights and weekend flexibility is a must.
Who You Are
You'll thrive in this role if:
  • You genuinely enjoy talking to people on the phone and you're good at it
  • You're disciplined enough to follow a process and confident enough to make it feel like a real conversation
  • You can hold standards without losing warmth โ€” speed and persistence don't have to be cold
  • You take pride in your numbers and want to see them every day
  • You're comfortable closing โ€” including memberships and packages over the phone โ€” without resorting to pressure tactics
  • You believe in what aesthetics and wellness can do for someone's confidence

Background that often translates well: hospitality (front desk, concierge, restaurant host or captain), retail sales at a premium brand, inside sales, account management, dental or medical scheduling at a high-touch practice, or membership sales at a gym or club.
Annualized total compensation: $48,000โ€“$66,000+. Strong performers consistently earn at the top of this range or above.

This is a remote position.
