Job description

This is an on-site role for a Manufacturing Associate at Tyson Holsters located in King William, VA. The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with manufacturing operations. This includes forming, buffing, drilling, cutting and routing holsters. We are a fast-growing holster company and are looking to expand. We need someone to pay attention to details, be a problem solver, and a creative thinker. Some firearm knowledge would be a plus. For the right person there is a lot of room for advancement. Come grow with our team!

Work schedule is Mon-Thurs 8-4:30 As our business grows, this position has the ability to evolve into a full time, Mon-Fri position for the right candidate. We provide on the job training.

Starting salary is $17.00/HR

at 6 months with good performance review this goes to $18.00/HR

and at 1 year with good performance review to $19.00/HR

Qualifications

  • Clean Rooms, Quality Control, and Manufacturing Operations skills
  • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Experience with firearms a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
