We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our fast-paced team. Available Shifts

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Thursday
    • Perk: Enjoy a consistent 3-day weekend!
  • 2nd Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Friday – Sunday
    • Perk: Work 3 days, get 4 days off!
    • Shift pay for a full 40hrs

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Surface Prep & Inspection: Inspect pretreated metal surfaces for proper cleaning and masking prior to coating.
  • Application: Precision-operate powder coating equipment to apply consistent, high-quality finishes to various metal surfaces.
  • Curing Oversight: Monitor the curing process and adjust settings to achieve the required color, finish, and durability.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to identify and resolve any defects or imperfections.
  • Maintenance & Safety: Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to ensure safe, proper function and compliance with safety protocols.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with team members to hit production goals and maximize workflow efficiency.
  • Workspace Ownership: Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area.
