We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our team in Pocatello. This position works from our professional office environment and plays an important role in supporting administrative, quality assurance, and documentation processes that help ensure exceptional service for the individuals and families we serve.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking flexible daytime hours while making a meaningful impact in their community.

Schedule
  • Approximately 20-25 hours per week

  • Flexible weekday schedule between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM

  • No evenings, weekends, or major holidays required

Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain employee documentation and personnel files

  • Update and manage client authorizations within company software systems

  • Audit client charts, service plans, and progress notes for accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with quality assurance and compliance initiatives

  • Conduct client and employee satisfaction surveys

  • Help prepare documentation for state inspections, audits, and licensing reviews

  • Maintain office records, binders, and administrative files

  • Assist supervisors with documentation and reporting needs

  • Support process improvement and quality initiatives

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties as needed

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous administrative, office, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
