Job description

Seeking an experience dental biller/AR, prior experience with dental billing/insurance accounts receivable required! Must have strong communication and organizational skills. 

POSITION DETAILS: 
  • Location: Melville Headquarters Office - 105 Maxess Rd., N107 Melville, NY 11747
  • Schedule: This position is full-time, on-site, Monday - Friday (8:30am-5:00pm)
  • Salary Range: $25/HR - $30/HR 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Revenue Cycle team performs a range of administrative tasks, maintaining billing procedures for our 170+ locations across the Northeast (and growing!).

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and insurance vendors alike 
  • Organized and precise data entry, documentation, and coding for patient accounts
  • Processing insurance claims, review balances, verifying proper reimbursements, and sending out claims as needed
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, answering phones as needed, and responding to emails
  • All other administrative tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience with dental billing/insurance AR (PPO)
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude
  • Highly organized, fast learner, and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficient in English with strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Confident working digitally, computer savvy
  • Resume must demonstrate stable employment history
