Guest & Employee Experience Coordinator

Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and walk-in visitors, ensuring timely and professional responses
  • Assist with security functions, including managing event wristbands and maintaining access control, ensuring a secure environment for all employees and visitors
  • Track attendance, performance, and post-event feedback
  • Maintain inventory of radios, uniforms, and other team materials
  • Act as a liaison for GS staff during events, sharing updates and resolving issues
  • Participate in post-event debriefs and contribute to event recaps
  • Support onboarding and training of new Guest Services employees
  • Provide project support across event operations and administrative functions as needed
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of common spaces, including the entryway and break room, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and visitors
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of a professional sports facility, building foundational skills in the sports and entertainment industry
