Job description

Title: Part-time customer service & sales support clerk

Location: 135 Erick St, Unit E, Crystal Lake, IL 60014 (In-office)

Hours: 20-30 hours per week

  • 10:00 AM โ€“ 3:00 PM, 3โ€“4 days per week
  • In-office only

Compensation: $17.00 โ€“ $19.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-time Clerk to support sales, customer service, general office tasks, and CRM/system updates. This role combines sales support and customer service duties to keep our office running smoothly.

Responsibilities:Maintain and update customer databases

  • Sales support and customer service
  • Assist with customer email campaigns (e-blasts)
  • Update and manage data in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Perform other general office duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Dependable with a positive attitude; self-motivated
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office
