At Franklin Academy, we are committed to providing a high-quality after-school program that inspires creativity, engages young minds, and ensures a safe and fun environment for our students.
We're looking to grow our team with enthusiastic Part-Time Counselors! If you enjoy working with children and being part of a supportive, energetic team, we'd love for you to join us.
Our Ideal Counselor:

  • Is reliable, punctual, and exudes a positive attitude.

Here's a peak in some of the job duties:
- Provide direct constant supervision of our kids,
- Write and execute creative monthly lesson plans,
- In charge of 25 children at most,
- Maintain accurate student reports as needed.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 5:30/6:00 p.m.
Requirements
  • AA (Preferred)
  • Department of Children and Families-45hrs. (Preferred)
  • CPR and First Aid Certified (Preferred)
  • Previous experience working with children a plus
  • Must be 18 years or older with HS Diploma or higher education

Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
