Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or 1099 Contract
Compensation: $70–$80 per hour, based on experience

About the Role

Little Bridge Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in the San Antonio area.

This is a BCBA Direct Services position designed for clinicians who enjoy working directly with clients. Unlike traditional BCBA roles, this position does not include supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The assigned BCBA is responsible for providing all direct treatment services, allowing for meaningful clinical relationships and hands-on intervention.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment to clients.

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions.

  • Collect and analyze client data to monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed.

  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

  • Uphold ethical and professional standards established by the BACB and Texas licensing requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the State of Texas.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Professional liability insurance.

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience practicing as a BCBA.

  • Experience providing direct ABA services across a variety of client needs and settings.
