Job Title: Breakfast Server
Department: Food & Beverage / Lounge / Bar
Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager / Restaurant Manager
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (Flexible Based on Business Needs)
Position Summary:
Polished, professional, and service-driven Hotel Restaurant Server will deliver high-quality service to guests dining in the hotel's restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in guest service etiquette, comfortable in a hotel setting, and able to represent the brand's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat hotel guests and walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Present menus and inform guests of daily specials or promotions.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and correct order delivery.
  • Ensure guests receive prompt attention and courteous service throughout their dining experience.
  • Respond to guest requests, dietary needs, and complaints with efficiency and grace.
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests according to hotel standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas.
  • Assist with room service and banquet support as needed.
  • Handle guest payments, provide accurate bills, and follow proper cash and credit procedures.
