Join the team at Watermill Kitchen + Bar, the award-winning restaurant located inside the Hyatt Regency Coralville in the Iowa River Landing district. We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who take pride in creating memorable moments and delivering outstanding service.

We are currently seeking a part-time Breakfast Server to provide exceptional morning service to our restaurant guests.

This position requires open weekend availability from 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, with availability for occasional weekday breakfast shifts during the same hours.

Compensation:
$10/hour plus tips

Purpose of the Position:

The Breakfast Server is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient food and beverage service to guests during breakfast service. This role ensures a welcoming dining experience while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.

As a Watermill Breakfast Server, you would:

Greet guests promptly in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain menu items, specials, and answer guest questions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Enter orders into the POS system.
Deliver food and beverages ensuring accuracy and presentation.
Refill beverages and check on guests throughout their meal.
Present and process guest checks.
Maintain a clean and organized service station.
Complete assigned side work such as polishing silverware and stocking service areas.
Assist teammates and hosts when needed.
Follow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service guidelines.
Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain restaurant standards.
Provide excellent hospitality to ensure a positive guest experience.

We are looking for our next amazing associate, who will have:

Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
Strong guest service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn menu items and daily specials.
Ability to carry trays up to 30 lbs.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shift.
