Job Description

Our servers deliver consistently excellent service in a refined, professional dining environment. This role requires strong technical skills, thoughtful attention to detail, and a calm, discreet presence. Servers are expected to anticipate guest needs, communicate clearly and maintain a warm yet unobtrusive approach that supports a seamless dining experience.

The day to day:

  • Provide polished, precise table service with professionalism and care
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, sourcing, preparation methods, and allergens
  • Offer food and beverage guidance with confidence and discretion
  • Execute service standards consistently, including pacing, table maintenance, and coordinated clearing
  • Monitor guest experience and respond to needs promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate closely with culinary, beverage, and support teams to ensure smooth service flow
  • Uphold all service standards, performance expectations, and appearance guidelines
  • Maintain discretion, professionalism, and composure at all times
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or a high-standard service environment preferred
  • Valid Smart Serve Certification required
  • WSET certification (or equivalent wine and spirits education) preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and technical service fundamentals
  • Professional, composed demeanor with clear and respectful communication
  • Solid understanding of food, beverage, and elevated service standards
  • Ability to perform consistently in a structured, high-expectation environment
  • Available for weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed
  • Must be available from Monday to Friday - Can be breakfast, lunch or dinner shifts
  • This is a full time and part time position
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Hourly Wage $35 during training period / $40 certified wage
