What You’ll Do (The Impact You’ll Make)

As our Bookkeeper, you will keep our financial engine running smoothly. Your daily work will include:

  • Financial Record Keeping: Accurately track and enter daily transactions (sales, purchases, expenses) into our accounting software.
  • Managing Cash Flow: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, send out client invoices, process vendor payments, and keep collections on track.
  • Account Reconciliation: Smoothly handle monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure everything balances perfectly.
  • Payroll Processing: Keep our team happy by accurately processing bi-weekly payroll, deductions, and benefits.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow) to help leadership see the big picture and monitor project budgets.
  • Tax & Compliance: Stay ahead of local, state, and federal regulations by preparing sales tax documentation and assisting with year-end tax prep.
