Job Description
The successful candidate will provide impeccable customer service, empathy and friendliness to everyone walking through the door. This position is responsible for professionally administering all incoming calls, ensuring phone calls are redirected accordingly,
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time position, Monday through Friday. Final hours will be determined upon hiring.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently shows a friendly and helpful manner with all incoming calls.
  • Quickly and accurately routes calls.
  • Provides empathy and assistance to all of our potential, current and past clients.
  • Welcomes all external clients and internal employees with a warm welcome, providing a friendly atmosphere in the lobby.
  • Maintains a professional and inviting environment in the lobby. In addition, keeps lobby, conference rooms and courtroom ready for use.
  • Ensures visitors are offered a sense of hospitality, by offering beverages and/or assistance as needed.
  • Opens and sorts incoming mail, receives packages.
  • Runs reports and assists with projects as needed.

  • Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)
