Job description

We are looking for a friendly, Receptionist / Bilingual Customer Service Representative to be the face of our tax office. You will be the first point of contact for our clients — greeting them, answering questions, and making sure they feel taken care of every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist clients in person and by phone
  • Handle incoming calls and client inquiries
  • Front desk. Scheduling appointments

What We're Looking For

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Customer service experience a plus but not required
  • Positive, professional, and friendly attitude
  • Strong team communication skills
  • Part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
