We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, processing payroll, and preparing reports to support business operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
