Warehouse Packaging amp; Shipping
Over the last 33 years, Dental City has become a key contributor to the dental supply industry right here in Green Bay, WI. As a nationwide distributor, we sell and ship the supplies dental professionals need to care for their patients. Itโ€™s our mission to make their lives easier through smart supply ordering solutions and a state-of-the-art distribution center they can rely on.

We currently have a part-time position available:
  • Starting pay of $16.00 per hour
  • Pay increases available through our self-paced training program, allowing you to grow your skills and earnings
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Flexible weekday schedule with no weekend work required
  • Typical Schedule Options:
    • Monday through Friday, approximately 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM, or
    • Monday through Friday, approximately 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

The Essential Tasks Include:
  • Efficiently pick customer orders using technology, ensuring accurate quantities and quality.
  • Ensure that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping.
  • Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks.
  • Re-stock inventory manually or with warehouse equipment.
  • Stock workstations with supplies.
  • Open incoming UPS/FedEx boxes for receiving.
  • Clean warehouse, empty trash receptacles, and organize product in bins.
  • Adhere to health amp; safety policies and quality standards.
  • Performing general warehouse duties as necessary.
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Has a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 50 pounds.
  • Great team spirit.
  • Diligent and punctual.
  • Can easily learn to use software related to warehouse management.
  • Required to read and write English, follow verbal instructions and use simple math.
  • Able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
  • Experience in handling forklifts, pallets jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Become proficient using FEDEX/UPS online software.
