manufacturing to full automation system design and robotics.  Their team partners with manufacturers to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity through custom automation and controls solutions.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, entry-level Automation Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in learning automation and controls from the ground up. This role is designed to fully train you, starting with control panel assembly and wiring, and progressing into more advanced automation, troubleshooting, and PLC/control system work

over time.

What You’ll Do

Phase 1: Training &

Panel Building

  • Assemble and wire industrial control panels based on schematics
  • Learn electrical components, layouts, and best practices
  • Assist with testing and quality checks before panels leave the shop

Phase 2: Skill Development

  • Support technicians and engineers with system builds and installations
  • Learn troubleshooting techniques for electrical and automation systems
  • Gain exposure to automation equipment, robotics, and control systems

Phase 3: Automation &

Controls

  • Assist with PLC-based systems and machine controls
  • Support startup, commissioning, and debugging of equipment
  • Continue developing into a well-rounded automation technician

What We’re Looking For

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Mechanically inclined (hands-on, likes working with tools, building things, etc.)
  • Ability to pass a drug test and backgroundcheck
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
