- Build Lasting Relationships: Become embedded in your accounts, fostering trust and becoming the go-to resource for all their needs.

- Revenue Expansion: Expand our footprint within existing accounts. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, ensuring our clients get the most value from our solutions.

- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with Sales Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and other partners to drive revenue growth.

- Customer Engagement: Maintain overall customer satisfaction by proactively addressing their concerns and ensuring they achieve their goals.

- Lead End-to-End Relationships: Oversee all commercial activities within your accounts, from initial contact to closing deals.

- Efficiency Matters: Streamline account administration processes, especially for lower-value and high-growth potential accounts.

- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Leverage your network to negotiate and close deals that benefit both parties.

- Own the Basics: Handle simple order-taking and competency questions during interviews.

Emerging & Growth Model:

- Growth Accounts: Take a proactive approach to managing a defined book of business. Focus on revenue retention and sales.

- Emerging Accounts: Proactively handle accounts, with a stronger emphasis on retention. Sales and account growth are an important part of the equation.

- Responsibilities: All Account Managers in Emerging and Growth contribute to revenue retention, sales, and account administration.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field and 3+ years of sales and negotiation experience (sales or Account Management)

- Or 5+ years of sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth

- OR master's degree un Busines Administration, marketing and 2+ years of sales and negotiation experience.

- OR equivalent experience

- Advanced English level

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in B2B.

- Experience using analytical, sales management and productivity tools like SalesForce, Tableau and Microsoft 365.

- Experience in financial markets.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $143,200 - $238,800. Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
