Busser
Angel Fire Resort is looking for Food amp; Beverage Bussers who share our passion for excellence. Bussers are responsible for maintaining a clean restaurant by clearing plates and dishes from tables, cleaning tables and chairs in between guests, keeping ground clear of trash and food, and cleaning/restocking self-serve stations. This position contributes to the guest experience by keeping the space clean, stocked, and assisting guests with their needs. The successful Busser will have an attention to detail and will work well in a fast-paced environment.
Base Pay: Starts at $14/hr plus tips
Location: Angel Fire Resort restaurants

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Responds to guest questions and provides information about food/beverage menu, resort activities, hours of operations etc.
  • Delivers food to tables in efficient and courteous manner
  • Clears dirty dishes and trays from tables and promptly cleans tables and chairs
  • Maintains a clean and well stocked dining room by sweeping, taking out trash, vacuuming etc.
  • Assists dishwasher, servers, bartenders and food expeditors when necessary
  • Knowledgeable of floor layouts, server sections, and table numbers or outlet
  • Carries out tasks and projects as assigned by manager
Environment: This is a physically demanding, indoor position. Must be able stand and walk for long periods of time and occasionally lift/carry 30lbs.
