What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of it all, ensuring our guests have a larger-than-life experience. You’ll make sure our service is top-notch, assist managers with operations, and help bring our group events to life! This means everything from preparing popcorn, freshly exploded, to making sure every show is picture-perfect. Most of all, you’ll be working with a team to create an atmosphere that’s pure magic for both our guests and your fellow employees.  

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Being the face of Megaplex, always ready to deliver quality guest service.  
  • Helping with all the action in the Megaplex, including food service, guest support and cleaning.
  • Keeping things clean and safe for everyone.  
  • Ensuring our building and public areas sparkle.  
  • And other duties as assigned!  

What You’ll Need to Bring to the Show:

  • Exceptional guest service skills.  
  • Excellent communication & organization skills.  
  • The ability to deliver results with minimal supervision.  
  • A passion for working with your team.  
  • The ability to handle high levels of stress (it's a fast-paced environment!).  
  • Physical stamina (think walking, standing, and twisting).  
  • Willingness to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (we’re open 365 days a year, and the show goes on!).  

The Pay:

Team Members age 16+ start at $14/hour.  

Team Members age 14-15 start at $11/hour.

Showtime Hours:

Our theatre hours can run from 6 am to 2 am, with morning shifts typically starting between 8 am and 10 am and ending around 5 pm or 6 pm. Evening shifts usually start between 3 pm and 6 pm, and you might be working until midnight or even 2 am on those busy nights (like Discount Tuesdays!). Employees ages 14-15 will only be scheduled for limited hours.

What are the working regulations for employees ages 14-15?

In accordance with Federal Regulations the following apply to employees ages 14-15.

From June 1 - Labor Day

  • Cannot work more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period
  • Cannot work earlier than 7am or later than 9pm
  • Cannot work more than 40 hours per week (29 for part-time)
  • If an employee is attending summer school, they must follow the regulations that apply when school is typically in session

When School is in Session

  • Cannot work more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period
  • Cannot work earlier than 7am or later than 7pm
  • Cannot work more than 18 hours per week
  • Cannot work more than 3 hours on a school day, including Fridays
  • During school breaks weekdays can be scheduled according to the weekend availability
