What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the center
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and employee accountability
  • Oversee enrollment, tours, and family onboarding
  • Ensure compliance with South Dakota childcare licensing regulations
  • Monitor labor, payroll, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming facility
  • Develop systems that improve consistency and efficiency
  • Partner with the Director of Education and Owner to achieve organizational goals
