The pay for this role is $21 - $23 per hour DOE. The shift for this role is Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30am - 8:00pm.

Our Receptionist/Concierge:
  • Assists with greeting residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public
  • Takes calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned
  • Provides exceptional customer service to our team
  • Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes.
  • Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
  • Maintains office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience
  • At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader
  • Current first aid/CPR certification may be required per state/local guidelines.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
  • Completion of background check and drug screening. Pre-employment screenings may include Physical, TB Test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.
