Job description

Our organization is currently offering full-time and part-time positions for skilled board-certified or board-eligible family medicine or internal medicine physicians to engage in hospital medicine across five local hospitals in the Hampton Roads area. These opportunities are available within facilities supported by a strong team of hospitalists, located in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk.

Position Details:
  • Competitive earning potential above market standards

  • Hospitalist roles available in one of five local hospitals in Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and Suffolk
    • Locations range from suburban to metropolitan to rural settings
  • Manage an average of 16-18 patients per shift
  • Hospitals feature both open and closed ICUs; all sites have dedicated nocturnists
  • All facilities utilize Epic EMR
  • Initial salary guarantee with productivity incentives
