Organization Summary:

Community Care Cooperative (C3) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, Accountable Care Organization (ACO) governed by Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). Our mission is to leverage the collective strengths of FQHCs to improve the health and wellness of the people we serve. We are a fast-growing organization founded in 2016 with 9 health centers and now serving hundreds of thousands of beneficiaries who receive primary care at health centers and independent practices nationally. We are an innovative organization developing new partnerships and programs to improve the health of members and communities, and to strengthen our health center partners.

Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Delivery Driver is responsible for managing daily operational delivery duties for Community Pharmacy Cooperative (CPC), a subsidiary organization of C3, and for our participating FQHCs and Affiliated Participating Providers (APPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders according to assigned directions for each order
  • Assist in keeping delivery room in order
  • Provide cross-coverage for additional delivery routes
  • Complete all required paperwork, including delivery reports and signatures from recipients of packages

Required Skills:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a Shipping environment, preferably in a Pharmacy or Medical setting preferred
  • Must have access to a smart phone
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Follow driving safety guidelines including speed limits, lane changes, and use of turn signals
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently to accomplish goal
  • All other duties as assigned


Physical Nature of the Job

  • Light work: Exerting up to 30 pounds of force frequently to move objects. Some elements of the job are sedentary, but the employee will be required to stand for periods of time or move throughout the pharmacy and health center

Desired Other Skills:

  • Bilingual preferred
  • Familiarity with the MassHealth ACO program
  • Familiarity with pharmacy related projects
  • Familiarity with Federally Qualified Health Centers
  • Experience with anti-racism activities, and/or lived experience with racism is highly preferred

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
