Job Summary

Position Title: Administrator, High Needs ACO Reach

Job summary: The High Needs ACO REACH (Accountable Care Organization Realizing Equity, Access, and Community Health) Administrator is responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the ACO REACH program. This role involves ensuring compliance with program guidelines, facilitating care coordination, and driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and healthcare quality while addressing health equity within the community. The Administrator is also the formal CMS liaison for the ACO REACH program.

Responsibilities
  • Program Oversight: Manage the day-to-day operations of the ACO REACH program, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Monitor changes, updates and trends to program regulations, and update policies and procedures as necessary to maintain compliance. As the Liaison this position is responsible for:
    • Ensuring certification of all information submitted to CMS. This includes researching and answering questions related to financial, administrative, IT and clinical matters
    • Coordinating responses for CMS rounds of requests for information as required for re-approval of ACO
    • Submitting all marketing and other required materials in advance to CMS for approval, maintaining all contact information, and approving all data agreement addendums
    • Maintaining knowledge regarding ACO policies and procedures, governance structure and regulatory requirements through ongoing research and regular attendance at training webinars
  • Data Management: Analyze and interpret healthcare data to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff and providers on ACO REACH policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on program performance, financials, and quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Community Collaboration: Build partnerships with community organizations to address social determinants of health and promote health equity initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, program management, or a related field, preferably within an ACO or value-based care environment.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of ACO models, healthcare regulations, and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; proficiency in data analysis tools and electronic health records.
