Job description

Role Overview:
  • Shift Overview: Outpatient only

  • ‍‍‍ All-age patient care: Pediatrics through geriatrics

  • Join 3 NPs, 2 full-time MDs, and a part-time physician

  • On-site point-of-care lab + EPIC EMR

  • Equitable call: 1:4 weekday/weekend rotation

  • ‍⚕️ Average 18 patients/day

  • Strong clinical wraparound support (ACO model + in-network specialist referrals)

  • DOs strongly preferred (MDs considered)


Compensation & Perks:
  • Base Salary: $265,000–$280,000 (DOE)

  • Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible

  • Generous PTO: 27 days/year including 5 days CME + $3,000 stipend

  • Full Benefits Day 1: Health, dental, vision, STD/LTD

  • Licensure & Professional Dues Covered (up to $1,500/year)

  • 403(b) with 10% company match

  • ⚖️ Malpractice with tail coverage


Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine

  • Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric patients

  • PA medical license (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA (or willingness to obtain)

  • Clean malpractice and license history
