About the Opportunity
Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking experienced, insured 1099 roofing contractors to support residential service work orders from our national property management partners. We're not a lead service-you're paid directly by us for completed work, and we supply materials when needed.
If you own a roofing business and want to supplement your workload with routine, fast-pay work, this opportunity is ideal.
Industry Standard Roofing Skills We're Looking For
We need reliable roofers who can perform:
Roof Inspections & Diagnostics
  • Leak detection
  • Storm damage assessment
  • Flashing and ventilation inspections
  • Moisture or mold risk identification

Minor Roof Repairs & Maintenance
  • Shingle/tile replacement
  • Nail pops, small puncture patches
  • Sealant application at vents and flashing
  • Gutter cleaning and minor repairs

Roof Replacements & Large Repairs (Estimate required)
  • Tear-offs and underlayment installation
  • Full or partial re-roof (asphalt, TPO, tile, etc.)
  • Soffit/fascia board replacement
  • Attic ventilation solutions
