Job description

Physician Practice Enhancement is seeking a full-time Pediatric Anesthesiologist (1099) for St. Peter’s University Hospital to provide high-quality anesthesia care for neonatal, infant, and pediatric patients in a busy hospital-based setting. The position offers a collaborative environment with a strong pediatric and surgical team.
Responsibilities

  • Provide anesthesia care for neonatal, infant, and pediatric surgical/procedural cases

  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans

  • Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia

  • Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage post-anesthesia recovery

  • Participate in call and collaborate with pediatric surgical teams

  • Complete accurate EMR documentation and follow patient safety standards

Qualifications

  • Board Certified/Eligible in Anesthesiology

  • Board certified or fellowship 

  • Active New Jersey license
