This engagement will focus on sourcing and screening candidates (totaling eighteen hires), all of which require Spanish fluency. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish, have strong community ties and/or awareness of the Philadelphia talent market, and have prior experience recruiting for non profit organizations. The ability to accurately assess Spanish language proficiency in candidates is essential.
