Join Our Team as a Hotel Maintenance/Houseperson at Comfort Suites Regency Park!

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Hotel Maintenance/Houseperson to join our team. In this blended role, you will play an essential part in ensuring the proper maintenance of the hotel facilities and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests. You’ll be responsible for both maintenance tasks and supporting housekeeping, contributing to an overall exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain and repair hotel equipment, HVAC systems, and appliances to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect guest comfort.
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping team to maintain cleanliness and organization in public areas and guest rooms.
  • Respond to guest requests related to maintenance and cleanliness promptly and professionally.
  • Handle basic repairs in guest rooms and common areas, including light fixtures, plumbing issues, and general room maintenance.
  • Assist with stocking and organizing housekeeping supplies.
  • Maintain the hotel’s appearance, ensuring public areas are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
  • Assist with trash removal, floor care, and other housekeeping duties as required.

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hotel maintenance or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
