Job description

Disciples Church in Tinley Park, Illinois is seeking a Student Ministry Coordinator Resident to help invest in the next generation while growing as a ministry leader. This 36-hour-per-week residency provides hands-on experience in student ministry, leadership development, discipleship, event coordination, and team leadership within a growing, multiethnic church of approximately 1,200 attendees. Residents receive intentional coaching from the Student Ministry Pastor and are developed through real ministry responsibilities, collaborative staff culture, and a strong focus on spiritual growth and disciple-making. Compensation is $1,500 per month + housing.
