What you'll do:

  • Case Management: Manage personal injury case files and provide day-to-day support to two junior attorneys throughout the lifecycle of their cases.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with both English and Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • File Operations: Open new case files and manage documentation to facilitate smooth legal proceedings.
  • Litigation Support: Assist with litigation processes, keeping track of case deadlines and ensuring attorney preparedness.
  • Organizational Efficiency: Organize case information and strategize to move cases efficiently through the legal process.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance legal operations.
  • Client Intakes: Conduct thorough client intakes, providing essential updates and maintaining detailed records.
