We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team in-office. You will work directly with our office manager and attorneys to support our growing practice.

Job Responsibilities

Client & Court Contact: Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, document gathering, and updates. Maintain professional correspondence with various Michigan courts. File & Case Preparation: Review, organize, and prepare comprehensive legal files and documentation required for initiating and pursuing lawsuits. Asset Investigation: Utilize specialized databases to research, locate, and analyze debtor assets for post-judgment enforcement. Electronic Filing: Prepare, review, and file default judgments, motions, and other formal court orders through the Truefile and MiFile systems. Administrativ
