Role Description The Automotive Paint Supervisor/Manager is a Contract position, on-site role based around the Midwest, responsible for overseeing all paint operations in the shop. This role manages daily workflows, assigns tasks to paint technicians, and monitors quality and consistency across prep, priming, color matching, and finishing.
