Goldfish Swim School is looking for confident, dependable Swim Instructors who will play a key part in advancing our mission to teach all children how to be safe in and around the water! In this role, you're not just teaching kids how to swim. You will make a real, life-changing impact by teaching life-saving water safety skills, all while creating a fun, positive experience for families!

Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Hours Required: Minimum of 2 shifts/week (shift length ranging from 3-6 hrs/day)

What You'll Do
  • Teach swim lessons to children ages 4 months -12 years old using Goldfish's proven, play based curriculum
  • Create a safe and positive learning environment
  • Communicate clearly with families about swimmer's progress
  • Maintain pool safety
  • Be a supportive, professional teammate on and off the pool deck
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Strong communication skills and reliability
  • Swim instruction, lifeguard, structured childcare, or teaching experience preferred (1-3 years)
  • Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred (training provided if not yet certified)
Training & Growth
