Job Description 

We're hiring for multiple Pharmacy Technician opportunities at our Troy, OH closed-door pharmacy. No pharmacy experience? No problem! We provide paid training and will match your skills and experience to the department that's the best fit.
Our Pharmacy Technician opportunities include:
   

  •  Fulfillment Operations Technician – Operate pharmacy automation, package medications, and prepare prescriptions for delivery in a fast-paced production environment.
  •  Control Room Technician – Package and label controlled substance medications, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate, secure medication distribution.
  • IV Pharmacy Technician – Prepare sterile IV medications and support cleanroom operations while following specialized safety and quality standards.

Location: Onsite at our closed-door pharmacy 962 South Dorset Road, Troy, OH 45373
Compensation & Schedules:
Starting at $15-$18+ per hour, depending on experience, role, and licensing.

Flexible schedules available. Weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Depending on the department you join, responsibilities may include:
  • Preparing, packaging, and labeling medications
  • Entering prescription information into pharmacy software
  •  Assisting nurses and healthcare providers over the phone
  • Operating pharmacy automation and packaging equipment
  • Preparing sterile IV medications (for select positions)
  • Managing inventory and pharmacy supplies
  • Preparing medications for pharmacist review
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records
  • Supporting daily pharmacy operations while ensuring quality, safety, and accuracy

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
