IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
IMKO is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined individuals to fill Packaging Associate positions for a manufacturing facility in Jefferson City, MO.
Schedule:
  • Rotating 12-hour shifts 2/2/3
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
  • Day Shift: 6am to 6pm
Pay:
  • $20 per hour
Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of consistent experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically active work throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor high-speed packaging equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production.
  • Perform regular quality checks on product weight and appearance.
  • Adjust controls as needed to keep production within set standards.
  • Identify and clear minor equipment issues or product jams.
  • Complete necessary documentation and line reporting.
  • Retrieve and load packaging materials as required.
  • Follow safety procedures and report any issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
