We are a franchise group of nine Fining Dining Steak Houses. We have locations in North Carolina, Maryland and New Jersey. We are looking for team members that will deliver plus one service to our guests!

Toast POS systems experience required.

The IT/POS Deployment Engineer position works in close relationship with the President and the Controller. The position requires excellent skills in implementing, trouble shooting and managing computer hardware and operating systems.

A multi-unit fine dining franchise restaurant group is looking for a candidate with the following expertise:

Essential Job Functions·

  • User/installer of POS systems specifically Toast
  • Installs Hardware and troubleshooting that Hardware
  • Manages Cloud based software systems
  • Manages 3rd party interfaces
  • ·Manages company IT systems and networking
  • Implements and monitors Network security
  • Provide critical thinking and data analysis to communicate and solve IT related
  • problems
  • Integrating and optimizing new and existing technologies
  • Interacting with management teams to provide immediate technical assistance whenever needed

The primary goal is for this individual to be fully engaged in managing our POS system. Their expertise will also be required for next gen products.

Qualifications: Knowledge, skills, and/or abilities requirements: To perform this job successfully, an

individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

ability required.

  • Experience with POS hardware and associated peripherals (e.g. printers,
  • monitors, mounting units, etc.)
  • Previous deployment experience
  • Previous experience supporting, troubleshooting and/or installing hardware,
  • software, tablets, monitors, printers’ various peripherals and quality cable
  • management skills
  • Diagnosis skills of technical issues
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong work ethic, strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work with teams and communicate within a team as well as work independently
  • May require minimal travel to sites.
