Job description

TekPro Support Services, LLC (TSS) is a Government Consulting and Contracting firm supporting missions throughout the world. TSS is seeking a Technical and Administrative Support personnel to join our team and support a new mission we are targeting in Washington, D.C. This position is contingent upon award.
What You'll Do:
  • Provides technical and administrative support to assist in the management of thirty overseas personnel
  • Reviews, processes, and submits annual appraisals for personnel assigned overseas
  • Assists in reviewing, processing, and submitting awards/military metal nomination packages for accuracy and form in accordance with Coast Guard manuals
  • Processes change of station and temporary duty orders
  • Assists with scheduling pre-deployment training and financial entitlements for Coast Guard Personnel either already overseas or going overseas. Works with the State Department and regional Geographic Combatant Commanders staffs to ensure seamless support to personnel and their families.
  • Organizes and coordinates a "Welcome Aboard" program to educate and best equip Coast Guardsmen and their families going overseas.
