Starfire Direct, a subsidiary of Outova, is looking for a eCommerce Customer Support & Sales Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing team in San Diego, CA.

What You'll Do:
✅ Support customers via phone, email, chat, and social media
✅ Process and manage sales orders from start to finish
✅ Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure on-time fulfillment
✅ Resolve shipping, order, and delivery issues with a customer-first mindset
✅ Support Shopify and other eCommerce platforms while helping improve processes and the overall customer experience
What We're Looking For:
✔️ 2+ years of customer service, order management, sales support, or eCommerce experience
✔️ Experience with ERP, CRM, and Shopify is a plus
✔️ Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
