Canyon Ranch Reservations Support

For over 40 years, Canyon Ranch has been a trailblazer in integrative wellness and hospitality. With iconic properties in Tucson and Lenox, and a new destination opening in Austin in 2026, we create life-changing experiences for guests through world-class service, innovative wellness programming, and extraordinary hospitality.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to support the Reservations Sales Consultants and Supervisors in a variety of tasks including preparing confirmations, on-line reservations, call backs, group rooming lists, performing reservation audits, etc. At the direction of the Operations Supervisor, this position is focused on the backend processes within the reservations department, allowing the Reservation Sales team to focus on selling and minimizing their administrative time away from calls. This position provides exceptional internal and external guest service - becoming an expert in processes and the products being sold at all Canyon Ranch locations.

  • Online Reservations: Actively manages the reservations made via Canyon Ranch's online booking engine. Entering information into various systems including the Property Management System (PMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system as well as creating shares as required. Following up the reservation process with making an outbound call to the guests and generating the confirmations.

  • COMP/YOUplay Reservations: Following guidelines to build approved business-related Complimentary reservations as well as YOUplay reservations for employees and their family members.

  • Administration: Working with the Leadership team to provide support in administrative and ad-hoc projects and other various other functions as needed such as processing the deposits on hold for one year as necessary and auditing reservations to ensure reservations are booked accurately.

  • Reservations: Making outbound calls, returning voicemails, and acting as a reservation agent during unusual peak times with booking both Spa Day and at times overnight guests.

Location: Onsite role in Tucson, Arizona

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills on the telephone demonstrating a confident, positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with ability to identify and resolve problems.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to type a minimum of 40 w.p.m.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, and holiday shifts
