Key Responsibilities
  • The Sr Hotel Storekeeper is a key role responsible for maintaining and managing all hotel and uniform stores on board, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory control and support to our operational departments.
  • As a Sr Hotel Storekeeper, you will consistently maintain and manage all hotel and uniform stores, which includes recording, controlling, and issuing inventory to operational departments. You will conduct physical stock counts of all hotel and uniform inventory items held in storerooms, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for inputting inventory counts into Crunchtime and assisting in maintaining maintenance logs for technical defects.
  • As a Sr Hotel Storekeeper, you will monitor slow-moving items and promptly inform the Hotel Inventory Manager of any issues or discrepancies. In assisting the Hotel Inventory Manager, you will help prepare all hotel store and uniform orders and issue last-minute orders to operational units when directed. Furthermore, you will inspect and evaluate the quality and specifications of all hotel stores received, ensuring they meet the necessary product standards. You will also continually monitor consumption trends, promptly reporting discrepancies or unusual patterns in stock usage to the Hotel Inventory Manager.
  • In addition to inventory management, the Sr Hotel Storeekeper will supervise and participate in the internal loading of all hotel stores, ensuring efficiency and proper handling. You will assist in USPH pre-inspections as instructed by the Hotel Inventory Manager and will be responsible for keeping the Hotel Inventory Manager informed about critical hotel and uniform supply issues, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Previous experience in inventory management, storekeeping, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cruise industry, with at least 1 year in a Hotel Storekeeper or similar role, is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Excellent communication skills in the English language and the ability to interact with various operational departments.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems such as Crunchtime (preferred).
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the role, including lifting and moving goods.
