Technical Support for government counterparts both on‑site and off‑site.
Software/Hardware Installation across multiple security classifications.
VIP Support for GG‑15, SES, and General Officer personnel.
Documentation of knowledge base services and solutions.
Cross‑Agency Collaboration with 30+ partner organizations (DISA, Army, Air Force, NGB, CESO).
VTC & Mobile System Support including installation, upgrades, imaging, and troubleshooting.
Cable Installation and coordination with non‑DIA agencies for networking requirements.
Incident Response for small‑ to large‑scale technical issues.
