Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up and installing modular and manufactured homes on-site
  • Perform siding, roofing, and exterior finish work
  • Load and unload materials and equipment safely
  • Work as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, or snow)

Qualifications

  • Previous siding and/or roofing experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and dedicated to doing quality work
  • Must pass a post-offer drug screening (required)
