This role requires strong communication skills (without hesitation), attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple active client projects at once.

Key Responsibilities

    • Provide confident, accurate quotes, upgrade options, and delivery timelines
    • Complete sales contracts, review details with customers and ACCURATELY answer all questions and/or go the extra mile to do some research and follow-up with clients within 24-48 hours
    • Maintain active follow‐up with leads to close sales
    • Continuously update customers with project status and document communication

Project Coordination

    • Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, and title companies for financing and closing
    • Track the status of your customers dream home from beginning to end, keep them informed, ensure all paperwork is complete.
    • Constantly communicate with the project manager and other team members to try and prevent possible issues

Documentation & Compliance

    • Prepare sales contracts, purchase agreements, and change orders
    • Ensure all customer files are complete and compliant with state and local regulations

Customer Support

    • Guide customers through the entire building process, answering questions and providing updates
    • Resolve issues quickly and professionally
    • Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Stay positive in your position, conflicts rarely develop with a smiling face that has the best communication skills.
  • Experience in modular homes, manufactured homes, real estate, or basic construction processes preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, we want an energetic sale rep that GOES AFTER THE SALE VS WAITING FOR THE SALE TO FIND YOU.

  • Organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage multiple active projects
  • Comfortable working with contracts and financing documents
  • Able to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays until 1pm.
  • Computer skills
  • Valid driver’s license

What We Offer

  • Vacation time
  • 6 paid holidays per year
  • Training on modular home models, setup processes, and financing
  • Supportive team environment with experienced construction and setup contractors
