• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the highest standards of patient privacy and data security.
• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to improve therapeutic strategies and enhance patient care.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment methodologies, and community resources available for additional support.

Our therapists work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to provide care to clients from various backgrounds, each with unique circumstances and experiences that shape their mental health journey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active state license to practice as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• Expertise in solution-based psychotherapy interventions tailored to the individual needs of clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively within a therapeutic context.

• Prior experience in a school setting or with a school-based mental health program is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage client documentation efficiently.
